A Summer Spell #1 (Magic Kitten) ReviewMy daughter is in 1st grade but reads above grade level. I have struggled to find her books that keep her challenged AND still interested in reading. She devoured this book in 2 days which she hasn't done with other series' - even ones she enjoys. She would put the book down and tell me all about the story and then ask to read more.It has a nice story line, not scary at all with a nice ending. We have had a bit of issue with the Magic Treehouse since she is very imaginative and the tension in the story would bother her all day and even sometimes impact her sleep.
