Atlas of Video-EEG Monitoring ReviewI bought this book for the DVD. It is not worth it. I expected the DVD would have the EEG associated with the video. It does not. It has the video but part of the EEG is in the book. So, you suppose to view the video and look at the EEG in the book. I am not sure how helpful that is if you try to learn more about video correlation with actual events.

Fate of Thorik (Altered Creatures) ReviewI enjoyed this book, and look forward to further installments of this series. Those of us who enjoy fantasy literature always are looking for new worlds and characters to explore, but we're often disappointed. Too often it's more of the same, and Piers Anthony and J.R.R. Tolkien did it better. Wedgeworth may not be in their league yet, but he has created characters with depth and believability that we can care about, and the action keeps moving. The descriptions of Thorik's world are vivid in detail, yet they do not overwhelm the narrative. Plot turns and twists are reasonable, but not ridiculous. The story stands on its own, yet leaves the reader with an interesting cliffhanger to bring him or her back. A fine first offering.Fate of Thorik (Altered Creatures) OverviewFate of Thorik begins with a countdown to pending doom. Our heroes and heroines know the date, but not the location, of an imminent attack. Compounding the issue, they don't trust each other with the critical information they do possess.Struggling to find the truth, Thorik confronts an entirely new world to him with overwhelming magic, altered beasts, battle-risen undead, and even deceivers amongst his closest allies. Weighing upon Thorik's shoulders are his uncle's desire to control him, his mentor's obsession to vanquish the new rising evil, and Thorik's own internal demons of self-doubt. The land's destiny is in Thorik's hands, while his confidence and conviction to his beliefs will define his own fate.Fate of Thorik is the first of 6 books in the Altered Creatures saga about Thorik Dain's journey across unknown territory to save family, friends and the land he loves.

The Sixth Book of Moses ReviewThis should really be part of the 7th book I think... as it's only 5 pages. However the quality is pretty good and the seals transfer nicely to the Kindle format. Good job.The Sixth Book of Moses OverviewTHE Sixth Book of Moses.MOSES' MAGICAL SPIRIT-ART.Translated from the Ancient HebrewThe Seven Seals of the SpiritsMAGIA ALBA ET NIGRA UNIVERSALIS SEU NECROMANTIAThe Sixth and Seventh Books of Moses are two grimoires allegedly dictated to Moses along with the Torah (the first five books of Moses).these books contain numerous allegedly magical spells used to summon spirits to do the will of the conjourer. Although these are allegedly Kabbalistic in nature, there is very little or no influence of Kabbala within the pages. The texts are allegedly translated from a text written in the Cuthan-Samaritan language, a language considered extinct since the 12th century. No manuscripts older than 1849 are to be found, and the claimed origin must be regarded pseudepigraphic and spurious.5 pages with illustrations of the seals.

Dragon Stones: Book One of the Dragon Stone Saga (Volume 1) ReviewDragon Stones by Kristian Alva
Defiant Press - July 14,2011
[...]
Facebook: not sure
Emperor Vosper has this plan to kill all of the dragons. They are driven to the edge of existence, almost forgotten about and only talked about in whispers as a wistful memory.
When Elias Dorgumir finds a dragon stone, he gets more than he bargained for and his nice quiet life is completely shattered. Now he must escape the emperor and find safety with the dwarves.
What can I say? I am so excited about this series! I can't wait to get the second book to review. It has been my experience that fantasy books; regardless of the target age groups are always either really good or really bad. I don't think that I have ever read one that was just "okay". If I have, I don't remember it. This truly was an unexpected delight. Honestly, the only thing that really bothered me was the fact that the action was set in motion with the cliché kid who doesn't listen to his grandmother because he wants to help out. It is a little cliché but man, nicely done.
What I loved loved loved about this book was that it didn't bog you down with the history of the land or the details of world building. You start in a time when great battles have already been fought, the evil emperor is already in charge and the people of the land are simply trying to survive. The history is given in snippets at just the right time and you're never given more than you need. Elias, what a character with potential! There wasn't a lot of depth given to him, as far as the role that he will ultimately play in the story but I like him. There is clearly more to learn about him and the secrets of his family.
The ending! Oh. My. Goodness. I was at work when I got to the last page, to the last sentence. Talk about a cliffhanger, a sentence that just totally baseball bat slammed to the face hit you. So not fair and I DEFINITELY want more- RIGHT NOW!
There wasn't a lot heart-pounding action, but there was definite flow. There was definite edge-of-your-seat-can't-stop-turning-pages attraction with this book. And I definitely can't wait to get my hands on the next one.
Recommendation: Middle grade/Young adult
Rating: Absolutely fantastic, a book that will definitely be kept and passed around to the youngsters in my life! (And probably even some adults)
This book was given to me, free, in exchange for my honest review.
Really? What are you waiting for, go get this book!!
Always Shine,
Starr K

The Witches of Dixie: Book One (The Witchery Series) ReviewThis book was OK. I enjoyed it, but it doesn't get better than that, for me, even though I would have really wanted to report that I loved it.
The stories would have come to me better if they had been presented in sequence, as an anthology of four independent stories with a common theme. The hopping from one to another and back again was rather distracting.
I liked the spells, and the effects that they had on the lives of the four witches.
Because the author is Laura Satmps, I was expecting much more sex, but maybe that is my fault for setting my own expectations incorrectly.
Yes, it is a fairly good book, and I would recommend it to those of you who are interested in the effects that practicing witchcraft can have on a witches life. The Witches of Dixie: Book One (The Witchery Series) OverviewMeet the Witches of Dixie! Savannah Monroe's life is sliding toward disaster no matter how hard she works or how many spells she casts. Maylene Whitmire thinks she is disappearing. Mirabella Middleton's successful art career begins to crumble in a flat economy, while Ravena Riley's husband sinks toward the angry depths of a midlife crisis. Four Southern Witches whose lives suddenly turn widdershins as they scramble to understand what's happening. This is a very empowering novel for women. It's also the only novel in this series with no romance or sex. "The Witchery Series" is a sexy paranormal romance novel trilogy. In this series you'll meet five wonderful Witches: Savannah, Maylene, Mirabella, Noelle, and Ravena. There's something for everyone in this trilogy. The novels range from empowering to romantic to erotic. You'll also find real spells, chants, and rituals in each one. I had lost track of time and was totally captivated by the characters and the plot of the novel. Shaking my head in disbelief I had to laugh. This is not just another fiction book. This is a novel that actually makes you think and feel. With her way of mixing real life situations with magickal workings it shows clearly Laura Stamps' devotion to her path, characters, and readers." --Mystic Witch About the Author: Laura Stamps is an award-winning Pagan erotica and paranormal romance novelist, whose daily blog is wickedly naughty. The Weight of Blood (The Half-Orcs, Book 1) ReviewWhat would you get if you turned Fritz Leiber's Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser into a pair of half-orc brothers, gave them severe inferiority complexes, moral ambiguity, and massive tempers, and then threw in a powerful religious zealot who sways them closer to the dark side than any individual should ever be comfortable with?
Why, you'd have "The Weight of Blood" by David Dalglish.
"The Weight of Blood" is an extremely dark fairy tale that tells the story of those aforementioned half-orc brothers, Qurrah and Harruq Tun. As far as main characters go, I don't think I've ever seen their likeness. Sold separately into slavery by their orc mother early on in life, they eventually escaped and found each other again, only to grow up without guidance on the streets of a town called Veldaren, scavenging for food and learning that sometimes in life, when you come from nothing, it's better to kill than be killed. Qurrah is a spindly and coldly intelligent sort whose greatest passion is to become a powerful sorcerer. Harruq, on the other hand, is a large-bodied and (sometimes) kind-hearted oaf who exists seemingly only to protect his physically weaker brother. The dialogue between the two borders on hilarious in the early going, when they're still nothing but vagrants. But there is something darker in them, mostly in regards to Qurrah, which begging to be released. They are archetypal antiheroes, existing on the periphery of a society that wants no part of them.
The story starts off with a bang, dropping us in on the brothers as an army of orcs attempts to invade Veldaren. It is here that we first meet Velixar, a necromancer and master of the dark arts, who eventually takes the brothers under his wing. Through Velixar, we also are presented with a sizeable chunk of the world Dalglish has created, which is notable if for no other reason than it gives the reader a frame of reference to draw upon further down the road.
The novel is chock full of intense and extremely graphic battle scenes. It would be easy to get lost in the action if these scenes weren't expertly crafted, which they are. The actions the brothers take from the onset vary from miscreant to downright evil. They butcher women, children, whole families, mostly without batting an eyelash. Even when one of them seemingly finds love, through the appearance of a beautiful sorcerer elf named Aurelia, this does little to stifle the loathsome behavior. Qurrah and Harruq appear to be brutes, ostensibly without a soul, and they act as such.
That statement is not quite true, however, and herein lays the brilliance of the world author Dalglish has created. This is a story of their fall and hopefully redemption, though as a series, once we reach the end it is still in the early stages. But the hope is there that these two will find their way. We get to see inside the brothers' heads, and what we find there, though disturbing, allows us to feel a glimmer of gallantry. They are capable of love - this much is evident by the way they feel about each other - and any being who can experience that emotion in its fullest and most vulnerable can eventually learn to harness that inner goodness. All they ever needed was guidance, something that was denied them through unfortunate circumstances beyond their control.
And this is where we come to the crux of the fable that the author is telling us. In many ways, the brothers' situation mirrors events we see all the time in the "real world". They have nothing, they are starving and ostracized. Everyone looks down on them. They wander through life without a purpose save staying alive. When one looks at it like this, is it any wonder that when a stranger approaches the destitute pair and offers them a life that has meaning they leap for it? They who have nothing are promised the world. They who've been looked at as the lowest of the low are told they will be worshiped as gods. They who have had to scrape and claw are given gifts of such power that they become death incarnate. When viewed from this vantage point, can we not understand, even sympathize, with the plight Qurrah and Harruq have been forced to deal with? If we, as civilized humans, were put in the same situation, would our morality not begin to wither and die after a while? This rings true with what happens every day in certain parts of the world. It is almost the very blueprint for terrorist recruitment. And at the end of the day, that is what the brothers become. Terrorists. They target not only the enemy but the young and innocent. They strike from the shadows, seeking to assist a greater agenda that they either don't or can't understand.
This is a very dark book, so take that as a warning. If you don't like the images of flayed arms and legs, decapitation, or bodies reduced to quivering masses of blood and innards, stay far away. However, if you appreciate a well-told story that pulls you into its world and won't let you back out, this is the novel for you. It is unrelenting and fast-paced. It makes you care about the characters, no matter what bad deeds they may perform. And, best of all, it allows you to feel hope that the characters will turn it all around, and through something as simple as an act of kindness.
In short, I loved "The Weight of Blood". The title says it all. It's about the inherent price of violence, the duty of family, and the pressure to do what's right. I would definitely recommend it. As far as fantasy goes, I feel you'd be hard pressed to find one that equals its scope and passion. I, for one, can't wait to get pulled into the next volume.

Hemlock and the Wizard Tower ReviewI enjoyed this story tremendously - it's filled with great detail and descriptions, contrasted wonderfully with a sweeping scope and epic adventure, painted with human and not-so-human emotional challenges and growth, all in a structure of logically evolving plots, conflicts, and resolutions.
Hemlock is initially portrayed as the reluctant heroine driven to reach beyond herself when she finds herself in a desperate predicament: her sister lies helplessly ill and the magic that might save her is fading. Blaming the wizards in the Tower, she sets out against all odds to find and remove whatever is causing the magic to fade. The story follows her adventures and growth as she learns the complex truth and consequences of her actions.
Hemlock's predicament, her response, and her growth, are all very plausible and emotionally satisfying, as well as the characterizations of the other main players in the saga. I would have liked to see her kick more action butt at the end but that's just the Hollywood in me; the way she actually pulls through is far more in character and believable. There are no broad clumsy B&W strokes of 'cookie-cutter' good-guys vs. bad-guys, but rather well positioned conflicts of intersecting interests.
The range of scale, scope, and conflict in the story is huge, from personal internal emotional conflict to army-sized brew-ups and sieges. The contrasting of these different scales and viewpoints is well balanced and keeps the pace moving rapidly along.
The tricks, traps, and magic Hemlock encounters on her journey (especially in the Wizard's Tower of course!) are very creative and fun. I was challenged to put myself in her situation to see how I'd measure up (alas, I would've died, several times over...).
The logic of the entire world meshes seamlessly and never feels forced, contrived, or artificial. Great detail is provided where needed, but like spotlights on a stage providing bright clarity where needed, the areas out of the spotlights can only be imagined and leave a strong yearning for more. I hope there are sequels because I want to know more about the nomadic teleporting city and how it interacts with the locales it visits; more about the history of the four outlying regions that travel with the city & its peoples; and so on.
To sum up, if you enjoy being immersed in a fantasy world that is at once both very real because it just 'works' and yet completely different from our own, where strong characters forge their destinies in epic conflict, this story is for you!
Hemlock and the Wizard Tower OverviewHow is power gained, retained and exercised; and what happens to a power structure when a young girl with magical abilities hacks and slashes her way into the very core of its apparatus? In a magical city that travels through multiple dimensions, a young girl named Hemlock has risen from being a lowly cutpurse to discovering that she is a powerful fighter. Under the guidance of an aging freedom fighter named Safreon, Hemlock battles to keep the peace in her run down district, while across the City the upper class Elites enjoy peace, prosperity and freedom. The Wizard Tower looms in the center of the City, casting a long shadow over its affairs. The Wizards rule behind the scenes, dictating and controlling the use of magic. Hemlock instinctively feels that the Wizards are her enemies, but Safreon will not discuss openly opposing them, as he seeks to methodically mentor Hemlock, and advance his own cryptic plans for the City. Hemlock makes a decision to make a bold attack on the Wizard Tower alone, convinced that she can destroy or undo whatever method the Wizards are using to control and ration magic. As the novel opens, we join Hemlock just after she has infiltrated the Wizard Tower, learning what happens through a narrative interspersed with flashbacks to events leading up to the attack.

Hekate Liminal Rites - A historical study of the rituals, spells and magic of the Torch-bearing Triple Goddess of the Crossroads ReviewThis is a very nice book. I enjoyed the academic references put into the work and the language is profound. I am half-way through the reading and I have a hard time putting the book down even for a few minutes. I highly recommend this book.Hekate Liminal Rites - A historical study of the rituals, spells and magic of the Torch-bearing Triple Goddess of the Crossroads OverviewAt the crossroads of life, death and rebirth stands the Goddess Hekate. Honoured by men, women and gods alike, traces of her ancient provenance reach back through the millennia providing clues about her nature and origins along the way. Depictions of her as three formed facing in three ways, sometimes with the heads of animals such as the horse, dog and snake hint at her liminal nature, as well as the powers she holds over the triple realms of earth, sea and sky.The sorcery of Medea and Circe, the witchcraft of the women of Thessaly, the writings of philosophers such as Hesiod and Porphyry all provide glimpses into the world of those who honoured her. Her magical powers were considered so great that even King Solomon became associated with her, she was incorporated into Jewish magic, and merged with other goddesses including Artemis, Selene, Bendis and the Egyptian Isis. Whilst for some she was the Witch Goddess, for others she was the ruler of angels and daimons, who made predictions about Jesus and Christianity.Wherever you look, be it in the texts of Ancient Greece and Rome, Byzantium or the Renaissance, the Greek Magical Papyri or the Chaldean Oracles, you will find Hekate. The magical whir of the strophalos and the barbarous words of the voces magicae carry her message; the defixiones, love spells and charms all provides us with examples of the magic done in her name. She was also associated with the magic of death, including necromancy and reanimation; as well as prophetic dreams, nightmares, healing herbs and poisons. The temples dedicated to her and the important role she played in the mysteries of Eleusis, Samothrace and Aigina all provide us with clues to her majesty. The popular shrines at the doorways of ordinary people, offerings left at the crossroads and guardian statues of her at the entrance ways to cities and temples all attest to her status in the hearts and minds of those who knew her mysteries. In this book the authors draw from a wide range of sources, bringing together historical research which provides insights into the magical and religious practices associated with this remarkable Goddess. In doing so they provide an indispensable guide for those wishing to explore the mysteries of Hekate today.Table of ContentsForeword1. From the Three-WaysLiterary Sources2. The Princess and the Pea (Love Spell) ReviewTHE PRINCESS AND THE PEA is a bit hard to find, as it is out of print, but it is worth the search. It's an entertaining version of the princess and the pea fairy tale by Hans Christian Anderson. Set in 1895, the "princess" is Cece, an America heiress in her early twenties whose family thinks it time for her to be married. The "prince" is the Earl of Greystone (hey, wasn't that Tarzan's title?), who desperately needs to marry an heiress to repair his family estates and fortune. The two fall in love at first sight, both unaware of the other's true identity and circumstances. The Earl then dumps Cece, as he must marry for money. When he discovers she's an heiress, he thinks all turned out perfectly. Cece soon sets him straight, and he must earn his way back into her good graces. The Earl's mother sets many tests for Cece to pass before true long conquers all. Cece is a strong heroine, well able to deal with stuffy peers and meddling mothers-in-law. A delightful and entertaining story. Be sure to find this one!The Princess and the Pea (Love Spell) Overview
Preparing to inherit her father's business empire, independent nineteenth-century beauty Cecily White resists money-seeking suitors, until she is tempted by the Earl of Greystone, who she insists must prove his love to her.

I Put a Spell on You (Avalon) ReviewHaving read and adored the first story in this series, Thrill of the Night, I couldn't wait to check out I Put a Spell on You.
Containing the same characters, this book tells the story of Jasen and Gwen six months after the first one. Things aren't looking good - Jasen's been bitten and infected by a Lycan, and he and Gwen need to find out who did it before it's too late. The last thing he wants is to become one of the creatures he's hunted for so long. The couple are keeping his animal side under control, for now, but with each full moon it becomes more difficult. Eventually, Gwen must turn to the powers she swore she'd never use again or risk losing Jasen forever. But once she's unleashed the power, things will never be the same again.
I Put A Spell On You is another corker from Mina Carter. If you're into supernatural/urban-fantasy type stories with lashings and lashings of hot sex, then you should definitely grab yourself a copy of this book. But while you're there, pick up Thrill of the Night, too so you can get the full "Jasen" experience ;)I Put a Spell on You (Avalon) OverviewOnce a hunter, always a hunter...Gwen and her young lover, Jasen, have been on the road for six months. With Jasen infected, they need to find the Lycan who bit him before time runs out. But with each full moon, the pack eludes them, forcing Gwen to take desperate measures.Once a hunter, unless you're something else...To save Jasen, Gwen must walk on the darker side of her nature and use skills she swore never to use again. Because there's more to this hunter than meets the eye, and once pandora's box is opened...life will never be the same again.***"...one of the things that I like about a quickie book like I Put A Spell On You is that chance to get to know a new author and explore their style. I really liked what I saw! The action was packed, both violent and sexual. There was a touch of humor in the storytelling and I could see where I Put A Spell On You could become a series. I found myself wanting to read more about Gwen and Jasen as well as seeing where their relationship developed."Marissa Dobson, Sizzling Hot Book Reviews ~ Rated 4/5 Hearts

Sex Change Spell ReviewThis is plagiarizing the story "Change of Pace" by Mike Allegretto and Caitlin B.
The original can be found numerous places on the web, including the Nifty Archive: [...]
The contents are already freely available on the Internet, but this "Rafael de Blass" has no authority to change the attribution, let alone to sell it for profit.
Also the previous reviewer commented that this story was too short and would make a great novel.
It turns out that another web author, Tigger, agreed with that assesment. Search for "Change of Direction" by Tigger.
Sex Change Spell OverviewIs it a good idea to laugh at witchcraft when you are married into a family that practices the black arts? Maybe not, especially when they would prefer you to be a girl than a guy, because unexpected changes can occur. If that wasn't bad enough, it was all of the feminized nonsense he had to endure that he found especially hard, although his new body did have certain advantages when he was hot and horny.

Healing Myths, Healing Magic: Breaking the Spell of Old Illusions; Reclaiming Our Power to Heal ReviewI highly recommend Donald Epstein's most readable book, Healing Myths, Healing Magic.
Pick any chapter that appeals to you, read it, and it stands on its own.
Like most anything Donald does, it is absolutely profound and thought provoking; so for me reading a chapter or two and then digesting the information for awhile works best.
Inevitably, in this book, Donald will label a myth something that you have held as fact, and this is where you will need some time to digest, but don't discount what he is saying too readily: Having attended Donald's seminars for years, I can tell you that sometimes it takes me two years to really understand something he has told me.
Donald Epstein created the most profoundly elegant and amazing healing system on the planet, Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) about 20 years ago. I have been learning how to practice NSA for the last five years.
Every practitioner, whether MD, DC, DO, PhD, LMT, or any person interested in healing needs to read this book. I have a whole library of books related to healing, and this book is the star of the collection, you need this book.
God Bless,

Under a Warlock's Spell ReviewThe hero just didn't seem worth it. He was bland. And for me that is a lot of the appeal. The plot was very interesting so I finished the book for that reason but felt dissatisfied afterward. I think this author has lots of potential but I just couldn't like the characters that much.Under a Warlock's Spell Overview

Marked (Eternal Guardians (Love Spell)) ReviewI certainly don't want to discount the three star ratings I read, but I had to chuckle, because I question the attention span while they were reading this book. One person said our hero belongs to a group of guardians that save humans and that is not the case. Another said they didn't understand how a secret got out because only the king should have known about it and that was also not the case. My point being, if you're concerned there are plot inconsistencies, there really aren't. This is a book that is establishing a mythos interweaved with Greek mythology and a cast of characters for an Eternal Guardians series and I can already guess the romantic pairing the next two books will be about. Ms. Naughton has efficiently penned a crisp, succint, and short book to lay the foundation of what's to come and I imagine there will be a lot of recurring characters that we'll be able to track and follow in the years to come.
Theron is the leader of the Argonauts, a group of guardians who are responsible for protecting their realm and Argoleans from the threats of the Underworld. Theron is the strongest of these guardians being a direct descendant from Heracles or Hercules of modern day. He is engaged to Isadora, the kings daughter to help her rule since her health is failing and there is an increasing threat from their council that the guardians are no longer needed. Should that happen, they will become vulnerable to their nemesis, Atalantia, from the Underwold who swears to destroy them. Although he does not love Isadora and she does not love him, they agree to do what they must to help save their people, but Theron soon discovers that Isadora is dying and the king informs him that in order to save her life, he must fulfill a legendary prophecy. This prophecy is that Isadora was born one half of a whole and that the king has another half, a human daughter, bearing an identical mark to Isadora's. When they are brought together, this other woman will complete and make Isadora whole again, and the other will die. Theron is sent through the portal to the human world to find her, only he may have already met her and was immediately attracted to her.
Acacia (Casey) Simopoulos, unbeknownst to herself, is the daughter of the king of Argoleas. She's leading a fairly normal human life but finds herself disconnected from her world. When she meets Theron, she feels an enigmatic attraction to him which turns out to be something much stronger. Casey is actually Theron's soulmate. An there in lies the potential greek tradgedy of the story. Theron has only one soulmate in his very long life and the irony is, it's his responsibility to sacrifice his soulmate for the good of his people.
As the story unfolds, an interesting and secretive group of characters are introduced that must battle the daemons (think demons from hell) and be manipulated by the Greek Gods. If you're a fan of Greek mythology, there's an unsettling and lascivious spin to the alleged abduction of Persephone and the relationship between her and Hades is disturbing, if only because she was once the God of innocence, but this book is sexy in its own right. At first, I thought the relationship was moving way to fast and Casey seemed a doormat doing whatever Theron said, but she managed to pull out of that enchantment just in time. This was a very fast read, and well written, however I can't say that I'm wasting away for the sequel. First books are always hard because there's so much groundwork to cover which is why I went with a four star, even though it was under 300 pages, but I didn't really feel invested in any characters with the exception to Nick (who I'd pair up with Isadora) who's not next in the series but soon will be. He's certainly the most intriguing and clearly has the biggest secret.Marked (Eternal Guardians (Love Spell)) Overview

A Pocket Full of Spells ReviewI've always enjoyed the cyberpunk genre, and the addition of magic just strengthens an already great concept. The author delves into the magic with gusto, and delivers a great fusion of chrome and conjurations.
I'd like to see more of the main character, as the author has truly created an interesting persona. I look forward to reading the next installment.A Pocket Full of Spells OverviewWhen a suburban warlock juices his gang up on a cocktail of drugs and magic there is an explosion out on the streets. Rival gangs can't compete and the police, corrupt and inefficient, have better things to do. The power brokers who control The City pay them little attention, the events out in the 'burbs of little threat to them.Only crazies of the type of Braeden Wolf are willing to do what needs to be done. With wires in his vein, fire in his blood and a gun in hand, he will need all of his street smarts to survive against fearless killing machines that just won't die.For once he is not alone. A stranger, crazy even in a city full of crazies, is there to confront the warlock as well. A crazy who brings a sword to a gun fight....
